The difference between a limited liability company owned enterprises and individuals

A limited liability company is that only a natural person or a legal person as shareholder with limited liability company.  The registered capital of a limited liability company is the minimum amount of RMB 100,000.  Shareholders should according to the company's articles of association, to pay in full the entire contribution.

Individual-owned enterprise means the personal property investors assume unlimited liability for business debts. Individual-owned enterprises do not have the minimum registered capital requirement.
